Speaker Bio: Cole is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over (12) years of professional experience developing, managing health & safety programs within corporate organizations across the United States. As a successful Manager at Compliance Management International (CMI), Cole focuses his attention towards building trust and relationships while working closely with his clients to enhance performance. He executes this by providing integrated support that allows clients to remain focused on productivity and growth rather than risks and regulatory compliance. Cole also oversees various H&S Partnership clients in the manufacturing and construction industry to ensure deliverables are effective, the client is achieving and maintaining OSHA compliance, and continued efforts are established to build a quality safety culture. Cole is an experienced and engaging trainer conducting a variety of courses including OSHA Outreach,Hazwoper,“Authorized“Lockout/ Tagout,Forklift Certification, Aerial Lift Certification, First-Aid/ CPR & AED and a variety of other safety topics. Cole also utilizes and leads CMI personnel to support his efforts and provides additional resources as needed. Prior to starting with CMI, Cole was the Safety Manager at James G. Davis Construction Corporation, who is the largest General Contractor within the Metropolitan area of Washington D.C. In this position, Cole provided safety oversight on numerous large-scale commercial, residential, and healthcare construction projects including the company’s largest construction project to date (Capital One Bank – Headquarters) with a total revenue of $470 million. Cole has also served as the Safety Manager for Frontier Environmental Services where he oversaw employee health & safety for construction operations company-wide while actively managing worker compensation, employee training, and accident investigation programs.
