In-Person Event 

SPONSOR LEVELS

Bronze:                Cost $250.00 and includes:

• Name or logo acknowledgement in conference program.

Silver:                   Cost $750.00 and includes:

• All items listed at the Bronze level PLUS:
  • Logo on PDC advertising material.
  • Logo scrolling during opening and during breaks at conference.
  • Registration for full access at the conference for 1 member of your company.
    • Additional persons will need to register separately as an attendee of the conference paying full conference price.

 Gold:                    Cost $1000.00 and includes:

• All items listed at the Silver level PLUS:
  • Vendor booth (see VENDOR Booth section below)
  • Email addresses of professionals attending who have agreed to this during registration.
  • Chapter Website – sponsor logo listed on Chapter website for one year with active hyperlink.
  • Additional persons will need to register as an attendee of the full conference paying discounted (10%) conference price on the PDC Registration website as Gold-level Sponsor Group.

 Platinum:            Cost: $1,500.00 and includes:

• All items listed at the Gold level PLUS:
  • Select to sponsor a specific component (i.e., keynote speaker, session speaker, career center, lanyards, breakfast table, student transportation, students, other ideas) of the event. Your individualized sponsorship will be recognized during the event.
  • Additional persons will need to register as an attendee of the conference paying discounted (20%) conference price on the PDC Registration website as Platinum-level Sponsor Group.

Diamond:            Cost: $2,000.00 and includes:

There will only be one Diamond Sponsor!

• All items listed at the Platinum level PLUS:
• Allows for up to a 5-minute in-person or pre-recorded presentation during lunch session.
• Additional persons will need to register as an attendee of the conference paying discounted (25%) conference price on the PDC Registration website as Diamond-level Sponsor Group.

VENDOR Booth
Cost: $500.00

Includes:

• Vendor Table (6 feet) and 1 chair (one person included per vendor table; additional persons at the table will need to register as an attendee of the conference paying full conference price.)
• Email addresses of professionals attending who have agreed to this during registration.
• Logo and acknowledgement in Conference Program
• Breakfast and lunch are included.
