The February meeting will be conducted at Slippery Rock University on February 15, 2024. The topic will be Ventilation Workshop. The meeting is in cooperation with SRU Student Section, AIHA Pittsburgh, and the ASSP WPA. The Speaker is provided by AM Health & Safety. The 2024 ASSP WPA Professional Development Conference (PDC) is scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2024 at The Loft Conference Center in Cannonsburg PA. Sponsors, Vendors, and Speakers are needed! More information is below in the Chapter Events section of this Newsletter.
In March of 2024, the Chapter will be holding elections for two-year terms for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Advisory Board Members. If you are interested in nominating yourself or somone else, contact the Chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee, Melissa Heike at melissa@rjrsafetycom.
The May Technical Meeting will be May 16, 2024, and the topic is OSHA Update with Chris Robinson and Bob Carroll. Save the date and check out the CHapter website for more information. Registration is open.
