PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Greetings!
As the Summer of 2018 winds down, the Chapter activities are picking up!
Our second Technical Meeting is Thursday September 13, 2018. MSA in Cranberry PA is hosting the chapter for a tour of their manufacturing facility in Cranberry Twp. We will have a networking event immediately following the tour. The cost of the tour is FREE! There is a cost for participating in networking event. Registration is open and can be accessed through the link in the Chapter Events section. Please note that all of the meeting dates are listed in the section so that you can plan around the dates. The website will be maintained to ensure the most up-to-date information.
There are a couple of News articles to note. One is on the SRU Student Section ChapterWISE Honorable Mention. WISE is an ASSP community for Women In Safety Excellence. Another article is an update on the August Technical Meeting. Both articles can be found in the Chapter News section. All of the links will take you to sections on the chapter website.
The planning is complete and Registration is Open for the PDC November 14 at SRU.
The Executive Committee continuously encourages you to let us know what you think about the Chapter, the newsltter, and/or if you have ideas for meetings, tours, or speakers. Help us to provide you with value for the dues you are paying the Society and the Chapter each year.
