This interactive session will examine the role of traditional safety methods within modern safety management systems and explore how HOP principles can strengthen existing processes and organizational learning. Koss has worked in Safety Management for over 15 years. Mr. Koss is the owner of Capitol Safety Professionals LLC.\, a safety consulting company focused on improving safety through HOP. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is the President of the ASSP Chesapeake Chapter and a published author.
